1. Dead Ringers (1988) 2. The Vikings (1958) 3. The Hunger Games 2012) 4. Brothers (2009) I hope you get over it soon. I agree; Blood was unimpressive and No Country was... just not my kind of movie. As a side topic, I've finally gotten into eBooks for nighttime reading. One site that I've used a lot recently is https://www.pdfdrive.com/ . Their search engine could use some work but they have a lot of material available. Good point, bananaman. If eating healthy is important to a person, a fast food restaurant shouldn't even be considered. I've watched You've Got Mail (1998) several times over the years, and really enjoyed the chemistry between Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. That doesn't sound enjoyable to me. I may be wrong here and if I am, please excuse me; but that sounds like being on the verge of giving up. I would look for some purpose to my life, and put my focus on something I enjoy doing. It's a strange little film, granted. But it kept me interested throughout. I finished watching it last night and I'll watch it again eventually. For me, it's one of those movies that I'll pick up on even more the next time through. My initial impression was a David Lynch type film but more everyman than Lynch's usually are. I think you can enjoy the quirks along Sam's journey better if you were once a partying person like I once was. I agree, Forsaken. My solution has been to dump social media in the trash, where it belongs as far as I'm concerned. Life is too busy for me to waste on a lot of bickering and name calling. I enjoy talking about movies, that's why I'm here. Beyond that, I focus on my wife first and foremost, my neighbors, my community. That's enough of a scope for me to invest in and contribute positively to, the best I can. His direction was impressive on Dawn of the Dead. I haven't seen any of his work since then, though. I hear you, there's plenty of categorization out there. It's helpful for the most part. To me, it seems there an unnecessary overemphasis placed on an actor's sexual orientation these days. How about, "How good an actor are they? How believable? How versatile are they from one role type to another?" That's more important, if you ask me. I'll keep that in mind, thanks. Thanks for the laugh this morning, Kowalski rofl. I just flush the toilet again and swoosh it around in the running water. Darned right, Cruz. Fear of the unknown, most likely. I haven't had a checkbook for years, pay bills online, make purchases online. The last time I saw anyone paying with a check was in The Big Lebowski :-) Cool Pinned threads stay at the top of the listings for higher visibility, instead of regular threads that are sorted by most recent activity.
