I disagree, but may I ask what you don't like about them? Do you find them garish?
My ex husband used to get pulled over all the time. I think part of it was racial profiling and partly because he drove a 79 Chevy Malibu decked out with a cool paint job.
I'm sad you don't like his movies, but I think they are visually stunning. Especially the costumes. Moulin Rouge, The Great Gatsby, and Romeo + Juliette all have great visuals.

It's really difficult to determine what we will do to stay alive when it really comes to it. I'm pretty sure that the Uruguayan rugby team that crashed in the Andes never thought they would be cannibals, so who knows what I would do?

Not sure where you are, but we had snow yesterday in Alberta. Today started warm, and then a nice wind storm. Ugh. Don't see more snow in the forecast, but it's not unheard of here for it to snow on the May long weekend. That's when most of the campgrounds open for the summer.
