Garfield (Not the cat) looked like the comics. Really tall and lanky but that didn't translate well in real life movies because he's too good-looking and jock-like. Maguire was ok but didn't have the right look. Holland is a bit better but too whiny and annoying.
But you can clearly see Garfield despite limited lines is the most talented actor of all three.
Honestly, it's so bad now that I lost interest in Spiderman which used to be my fave superhero.
IMO, it's stupid because that basically mean whatever we watched before this movie doesn't matter. Kind of like that horror movie you're watching only to turn out to be a dream or when they killed the little girl in Aliens 3.

You have some good pts. Why ruin Statue of Liberty and I kept wondering while I was watching who cares about villains? I mean could you imagine Avengers spending two hours and thirty minutes trying to "cure" Thanos?

I actually thought he was the best Spider of all three. The problem with the current guy is too much tech. I know, I know, they going with the times but with so much tech, they should just call him Iron Spider.
