If memory serves, Killmonger had all the plants BURNED to ash. Nothing grows back from that.
I have an answer. I know who would make a good new Panther and it would NOT lessen Boseman's legacy. He at first fought T'Challa for the kingdom and lost, with T'Challa sparing his life. M'Baku as played by Winston Duke. He would be perfect. His character was offered it once. Why not again.

I take it you never really read Black Panther in the comics. He has been around for years. Marvel was VERY progressive in bringing in diversity to it's stories. There were several black superheroes besides Black Panther. Falcon and Storm just to name a few.
Of course it was unrealistic. It is sci-fi horror.
That there have been female "kings". We think of the word king as implying male, but I think that in different cultures it just means "ruler".
I also felt that they did Zeus a disservice. In the comics, he is a bad a$$! In the comics, he easily beat the Hulk in hand to hand combat. In fact he nearly killed him!

Why wouldn't she say those things? She's promoting a movie made by a big production house that pays her salary. Is she going to say "It sucks"?
I agree with you. It is a heartfelt (and surprisingly deep) answer to the question.
One of my favorites is "Ham Radio", but I have to agree with other posters on here that the first part of "Three Valentines" was hysterical!
Maybe it is a painful obligation he felt he had to do, but did not want to worry his sons or Daphne about it.
